This is what I've been doing most of this evening, while watching Jim Brandenburg's film for the third time: A Facebook album from the road trip: fish pictures coming later since I have to get up early tomorrow.
After we got back from my Aunt's birthday party, I went for a "walk" in the park with my camera. Only 74 pictures... and I sat down and read Thor: The Last of the Sperm Whales, by McClung, in the fading sunlight. I'm a huge fan of Robert McClung's books... I religiously read Leaper: the story of an Atlantic salmon, and Vulcan: the story of a Bald eagle, when I was a kid. Thanks to the Internet... I have them now! Libraries don't seem to carry these gold nuggets of books anymore... it's a crying shame!
